KTP (Potassium Titanyl Phosphate, KTiOPO4) is a nonlinear optical material which combines excellent nonlinear and electro-optic properties. It has a relatively high damage threshold, large optical nonlinearity and excellent thermal stability.

Manufactured by Oxide Corporation in Japan, using four-mirror optical Floating Zone (FZ) technology, rutile has an excellent performance for EO devices in a wide variety of applications including isolators and circulators.

SBN is an attractive material for many applications - IR detectors, EO modulators and holographic storage - thanks to it having the largest reported EO coefficient.
